The Customer Service Week 2015 was celebrated from 5th -9th October nationally with pomp, colour, creativity and delight. ICS Kenya that facilitates the nationwide celebrations, rallied various organizations to celebrate Customer Service Week under the theme “Listening to our customers”. It was a resounding success and over fifty organizations from both private and public sector demonstrated their commitment to appreciating and recognizing their internal and external customers during this week.
Customers and staff at the participating organizations felt valued and appreciated from the activities undertaken including job swaps, provision of gift hampers, customer service quizzes, tips and training on customer service, red carpet welcome for customers, provision of refreshments and awards and recognition of customer service champions.
The CS Week culminated in the ICS Kenya Gala Dinner on 9th October 2015. The dinner celebration attracted the participation of corporates and individuals with a keen interest and commitment to service excellence.
