ICS Kenya holds bi-monthly Break-fast Forums providing an opportunity to share Customer Service best practice, learn, network and engage.

ICS KENYA CORPORATE TALKS

ICS Kenya has available a team of Customer Service Consultants and Practitioners to talk on various topics to staff at all levels of the organization.

2- DAY FRONT-LINE STAFF TRAINING

Three open courses for front-line staff are scheduled in the ICS Kenya Calendar every year. The programmes target staff in the following industries: Health Care, Hotel/Restaurants, and Finance (Accounts/Credit officers).

ICS StudyToursICS KENYA STUDY TOURS

ICS Kenya organizes study tours for members to visit, learn and benchmark best practice from staff in organizations that are implementing best practices in service excellence. ICS Kenya has  held study tours at Techno Brain Kenya Limited ,Nakumatt Holdings and Nairobi Serena Hotel.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK 2016CS Week 2016 Logo

Customer Service Week 2015 runs from 3rd – 5th October. ICS Kenya will support organizations to participate in this week of celebrating internal and external customers. Customer Service Week is celebrated annually nationwide. CS Week will culminate with a GALA Dinner on 5th October.

CUSTOMER SERVICE INNOVATION AWARDS

ICS Kenya recognizes and rewards organizations that demonstrate Customer Service Innovation towards delighting customers and providing exceptional service. These awards are presented after the submission of the reports is carried out and a panel of four judges assesses the innovativeness of the participating organizations.

The Service Excellence Awards survey 2016 seeks to recognize and celebrate the success of corporate organizations and individuals that provide exemplary customer service. These surveys will run from April- September 2016.

 

MEMBERS ROUND TABLE MEETINGS

ICS engages its members in round table discussions. These are member only events that seek to learn from peer engagement and sharing of experiences across different industries and different sectors. The ideas, suggestions and experiences shared form the basis for continual improvement that members take back to their organizations for implementation and benchmarking.

ICS COMMITTEE PARTICIPATION

ICS Kenya members register to join the different ICS committees. Serving on these committees provides members the opportunity to have a hands-on practical approach towards improving customer service in the country by participating in drawing up policies, action plans, systems and standards. Members share and exchange ideas to drive the ICS agenda forward. These committees include: Membership Development Committee, Marketing and Publicity Committee and the Executive Strategy Committee.
