Founder Members:
Organizations interested in being associated with the Institute, its philosophy and initiatives, making a statement and demonstrating their commitment to developing a customer-centric culture and enhancing customer service excellence knowledge and skills in their organization and staff. Above and beyond this, these are organizations interested in making an impact in industry in the area of Customer Service by contributing to the set up and inputting into the strategic direction of the Institute.

Sub-Categories for Founder Members:
• Platinum: Kshs 1,000,000 Joining & Annual Subscription Fee for the first year
• Gold: Kshs: 750,000 Joining & Annual Subscription Fee for the first year
• Silver: Kshs 500,000 Joining & Annual Subscription Fee for the first year
• Bronze: Kshs 250,000 Joining & Annual Subscription Fee for the first year

Corporate Members:
Organizations interested in being associated with the Institute, its philosophy and initiatives, making a statement and demonstrating their commitment to developing a customer-centric culture and enhancing customer service excellence knowledge and skills in their organization and staff.
• Joining Fee – Kshs 30,000 & Annual Subscription: Ksh 15,000

Associate Corporate Members:

Same as corporate members, and are interested in being considered to partner with ICS Kenya in the delivery of Consultancy and Training Services.

Individual Membership

Joining Fee – KES 8,000 for the first year i.e. Joining fee : Ksh 4,000  & Annual Subscription: Ksh 4,000
